1st job:
Second call from a previous customer in regards to the ice maker not working, and the dispenser buttons not being responsive…..
This was a tenant occupied property, I was not able to do the work because the tenant was adverse to me, probably due to my age, interrupted me during my diagnostic so I had to leave, I have to return a second time this time the landlord will be there to ensure the tenant is not troublesome…..
This is a samsung side by side by the way…..
2nd job:
Got a call in regards to a samsung washer not draining, I get there run a diagnostic cycle, it wont pump out, nothing is trapped in the drain pump, however the motor runs, I will swap the motor if that doesn’t work the board is at fault….

3rd call:
This is a call that pertains to a GE Gas Range with an oven that is not working……
I swap the igniter and test it, the igniter is now working, no serious diagnostic needed……
I finally remembered to take a picture with the igniter and gas tube exposed so you can see what the inside looks like when it is ignited……
4th call:
This was a whirlpool dishwasher, the complaint was that water wasn’t coming inside the dishwasher…
I arrive I start the dishwasher I look inside, there is water filling so the inlet valve works, but it is not pumping through the motor or out of the arms….
this is a circulation pump issue, this is a death sentence for the machine…. Case closed….
