1st job:

This was a call in regards to a frigidaire gallery side by side refrigerator not cooling. I check the evaporator coil, it is definitely a sealed system issue, I pulled the refrigerator out and could not hear the compressor operating. I took the back off of the refrigerator to look and touch it, it was cold….

It seemed like a bad start switch, in this case this compressor used a inverter box….. If switched and still not operating as intended, then the issue is mechanical within the compressor….

I will have the customer order the box and will return to make the repair….

 

2nd job:

This job is in regards to a jenn air dishwasher not operating… I arrive and unscrew the door enough to remove the board…..

There are two boards in this machine, I check for power coming in to the dishwasher there is 120 volts…. Out of the two boards in this machine, one has been discontinue, I inform the customer of this, and he said he will decide whether it is worth it for him….

 

3rd job:

This call was a GE top mount refrigerator, a call in regards to no cooling , I peel back the evaporator cover and there is no ice on the coil…..

Sealed system issue……

 

Customer had it only three years, he is going to check if there is a warranty on it…..
