5/25/21 workday

1st job:

Had a call from a customer in regards to their washer making a strange sound when operating. I got there and noticed the wash plate was loose and shaking a great deal. I noticed some coins stuck in the sides, I tried to remove it but the bolt was rusted on too tight, if I kept going I risked breaking the wash plate itself, I am going to replace the wash plate and hopefully that will do the trick, there may be something stuck underneath, we will see next time I return..

2nd job:

This call was in regards to water leaking on the floor which is typical, a clogged defrost drain again, I unscrew the evaporator coil, and blow the drain with my steam gun, case closed.

3rd Job:

This call was a dishwasher installation, a Miele Dishwasher which is a high end machine, a boutique machine if you will. these run for 800+ dollars….. Ironically enough it was fairly simple to install, actually simpler than the low end stuff, the drain hose and water hose already come pre-installed you just have to hook them into the sink, and water line respectively, the power cord already comes wired, it just needs to be plugged in

The only thing that matters in this case is setting the dishwasher in place properly and making sure it is firm, case closed…
